Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, including C-level executives, within telco operators, ISPs, and private networks.
New Market Penetration: Drive growth in emerging markets across SEA, including Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia.
Partner Engagement: Identify, develop, and manage partners to support sales strategies and achieve targets.
Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineers to capture customer requirements and ensure product alignment.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia (up to 50%).

Required Experience & Skills
Proven track record of closing deals with telco operators and private networks.
Demonstrated success in hunting new accounts and growing existing ones.
Strong network and relationships with C-level executives in telecom and ISP sectors.
In-depth knowledge of Microwave Transmission solutions, including millimeter wave technologies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Ability to create accurate forecasts, budgets, and market expansion strategies.
Channel management experience (mandatory).
Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic account planning skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
