Job Description
The Sales Manager performs day-to-day sales operations and administration functions by ensuring all that sales transactions are converted into revenues while sourcing, recruiting, training, and developing the Sales Team to sell effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-value products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Willing to work on weekends and attend client meetings or events as needed
