About the Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. This role works closely with operations and production teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in printing and related industries
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Address client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Lead and support the sales team to drive revenue growth
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
