Sales Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Our respective client is seeking for a Field Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing sales budget achievement on a regional level. This position is also responsible in executing marketing activities and implementing national sales directions to the different districts aligned to the sales objectives of the company. This role has an onsite and field work requirement in Taguig City and will be reporting to the Business Unit Head.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, improve, protect and increase sales growth on existing different channels on drugstores and dispensing Doctors.
• Explore other areas for new business development on hospitals, industrials, clinics, and LGU's on other territories and regions within the area of responsibilities.
• Conduct Field work with DSM/PMR for three (3) to four (4) days, by validating visitation to the target Doctors and Drug Store owners.
• Ensure implementation 100% of marketing activities and validates its impact to the business.
• Ensure availability of GPI products to all sales channels in order to avoid losses of client's prescriptions.
• Conduct regular district and regional business review with district managers and PMR's on a monthly and a quarterly basis.
• Implements day-to-day management, development, and discipline of subordinates
• Take active part in employee selection, career and skills development, succession planning, and staff training
• Evaluates, guides, coaches, and mentors subordinates in the effective performance of assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any Business-related courses or any medical courses. Master's degree is preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in field sales with leadership capacity
• Must possess a broad range of knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Must have a specific and extensive knowledge on Sales, Marketing and distribution
• Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive; can work independently and in teams
• Must have high integrity and ethical standards
