Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Manager. This is an on-site position located in Marilao, Philippines. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team to achieve sales targets, develop and implement strategies to drive growth, and maintain relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and preparing detailed sales reports. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery and successful project outcomes.

  • Strong sales acumen, client relationship management, and business development expertise
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and managing sales teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, develop sales strategies, and manage client portfolios
  • Experience in the real estate or property industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
