We are looking for a Sales Manager (Manila-Based).
As a Sales Manager (Manila-Based), we rely on you to:
- Assist Director of Business Development to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
- Handle sales activities with local and international partners
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
- Takes responsibility for the team's sales performance
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Maintain sales and service standards of the team

- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
- Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
- Understands the global markets and local environment

- Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
