The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-value products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Willing to work on weekends and attend client meetings or events as needed
