- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-value products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Willing to work on weekends and attend client meetings or events as needed
