About the Role
The Sales Manager will lead the Growth Activation Department, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment to achieve ambitious sales and growth targets. This role is pivotal in managing team leaders, optimizing processes, and ensuring high performance across initiatives aimed at selling product package and services to Lofty agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: Oversee the Growth Activation Department, managing Team Leaders and Specialists to ensure smooth operations, accountability, and performance consistency.
- Strategic Execution: Design and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives to accelerate revenue and growth.
- Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement best practices for workflows, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and internal operational standards.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and coach Team Leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 years of experience in operations or sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in website or SaaS sales strongly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, high-volume operations.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience using reporting and performance metrics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and operational management tools.
