Role Description

The Broker Sales Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and expanding the external broker network to achieve sales targets for assigned projects or territories. The role focuses on nurturing strong broker relationships, ensuring they are well-supported, informed, and motivated to effectively promote the company's real estate projects.

The position also ensures smooth collaboration between brokers and internal teamsSales, Marketing, Documentation, Finance, and Adminto deliver a seamless sales experience from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Broker Recruitment & Relationship Management
  • Identify, recruit, and accredit new real estate brokers and partner firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accredited brokers, providing continuous support, guidance, and motivation.
  • Organize broker engagement activities (e.g., orientations, site trippings, project updates, sales rallies).
  • Address and resolve broker concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in sales strategies, team management, and business development
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market research, planning, and information analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Experience with developing and mentoring sales teams, as well as meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • A Licensed Real Estate Broker is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate or development industry is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members in Puerto Princesa, Palawan
