  • Strong background in sales, expansion, or high-volume acquisition
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Experience working with fleets, vehicles, or asset-heavy supply is a strong advantage
  • Highly competitive, results-driven, and hands-on
  • Comfortable being on the ground and leading field teams
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full acquisition funnel: sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and activation
  • Lead field teams and ensure consistent on-ground execution
  • Hit and exceed monthly acquisition and activation targets
  • Identify and unlock new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
  • Optimize conversion rates and reduce time-to-activation
