Job Description

1, Responsible for the sales of energy storage product within designated regions, such as Philippine, Vietnam/Indonesia; Support marketing activities& events.

2. Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers, responsible for developing high-quality customers such as power station developers, investors, and general contractors , and maintain good relationship with them. Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support in the designated regions.

3. Responsible for bidding, contract negotiations, receivables, and other sales-related works. Work with Marketing and Sales Engineers to qualify efficiently business opportunities

4. Collect and provide feedback information on competitors and the ESS industry, Building and demonstrating understanding/forecast of the market and industry, and report to leadership promptly;

5. Complete the sales tasks assigned by the company. Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company. Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs

Qualification Criteria (资历要求):

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage

5+ years of experience in the utility scale energy sector

Knowledge of grid/utility markets, as well as renewable technologies, such as PV, wind and/or storage

Familiar with battery systems and/or power conversion systems, Ability to create and understand financial modelling

Understanding of the effects of regulatory and policy changes on the business

Excellent communication skills, Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills.

Ability to priorities work and execute many projects and tasks in parallel, Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously. Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork

High reliability and ability to work under pressure
