Sales Manager – IT Solutions & Systems Integration (Government Accounts)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in the Government sector. This role focuses on selling IT solutions, products, and services to Government accounts, leveraging deep industry knowledge and strong client relationships to drive growth, deliver tailored solutions, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Government industry.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, including new client acquisition and growth within existing accounts.
- Engage senior stakeholders to align solutions with their business objectives.
Client & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Government industry leaders, including C-level executives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to effectively showcase IT solutions.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Mentor junior sales staff and foster a high-performance sales culture.
Solution Customization & Delivery
- Work closely with clients to tailor IT solutions to their specific needs.
- Oversee solution implementation and integration to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- 7–10 years of sales experience in IT solutions, with strong exposure to Government industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and network management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC under a hybrid setup.
- Preferably available to start immediately (not mandatory).
