Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets through effective promotion of our products, solutions, and services, while ensuring the sales process remains both efficient and profitable.
You will guide a top sales team by setting an example, drive group sales revenue, and help our company grow.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Growth:
1. Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed organizational revenue targets.
2. Build, lead and motivate a high performing team of IT sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
3. Coach and mentor individual team members, to maximizing performance, productivity, and long-term career development.
4. Recruit, onboard, and train sales personnel, ensuring a sustainable sales pipeline.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team such as marketing, pre-sales, technical support, PMO and other departments to align strategies, effective execution, and high customer satisfaction.
6. Analyze sales performance data and KPIs/KRA to track progress, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
7. Create a supportive and inclusive performance-driven environment where team members feel empowered to learn and grow.
8. Provide regular performance feedback and facilitate ongoing training and development initiatives to promote continuous skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.
9. Represent the company at industry events, partner engagements, and business forums to strengthen brand presence and build strategic relationships.
10. Participate in leadership, management, and sales-related training programs to continuously enhance leadership capabilities, sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and customer relationship management skills.
