Sales Manager Inside Sales / Digital Sales

As our Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team and strategies across Primacare Dental branches, with a strong focus on social media-generated leads, digital lead conversion, patient acquisition, and branch sales performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

About the role

As our Sales Manager, you will lead sales initiatives across Primacare Dental's growing network of clinics, with a strong focus on social media-generated leads, patient acquisition, lead conversion, and branch sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across Primacare Dental branches
• Lead and coach the CSR/Sales Team to achieve branch and individual sales targets
• Drive patient acquisition and maximize conversion of social media and digital leads
• Develop effective strategies for converting Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, and other digital inquiries into appointments and treatments
• Improve lead-to-contact, contact-to-appointment, appointment-to-show, and appointment-to-treatment conversion rates
• Monitor the performance of social media leads and identify opportunities to improve conversion
• Work closely with Marketing to align social media campaigns, promotions, lead generation, and sales conversion
• Develop lead follow-up strategies, scripts, response standards, and conversion processes
• Analyze lead sources, campaign performance, conversion rates, sales trends, and branch performance
• Identify which social media campaigns and lead sources generate quality patients and revenue
• Develop sales programs, promotions, and conversion initiatives to increase clinic revenue
• Conduct regular branch visits to coach teams, monitor sales execution, and implement action plans
• Prepare and present sales and lead-conversion reports to management

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably with strong digital or social media sales exposure
• At least 2–3 years of managerial or team leadership experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong experience handling social media-generated leads and converting online inquiries into sales or appointments
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, and other digital lead channels
• Experience managing or monitoring online inquiries, lead follow-ups, and sales conversion
• Strong understanding of the digital customer journey—from social media inquiry to appointment to actual purchase/treatment
• Experience in healthcare, dental, clinic, aesthetic, hospitality, retail, or other service-based industries is an advantage
• Experience working closely with Marketing or digital teams is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coaching, and analytical skills
• Highly data-driven and results-oriented
• Willing to travel and visit Primacare Dental branches as needed
