Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives responsible for driving revenue through inbound and outbound sales activities. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor team performance, optimize sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.
Key responsibilitie
- sLead and supervise the Sales Representative team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- .Oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts for both existing accounts and new customer acquisition
- .Ensure the team prepares and delivers accurate, timely quotations using the client's ERP system
- .Support Sales Representatives in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions
- .Monitor pre-sales support and post-sales follow-up to ensure a seamless customer experience
- .Foster strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and proactive communication
- .Plan and oversee telemarketing campaigns to warm and cold leads provided via CRM
- .Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- .Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues and provide insights for product improvement
- .Ensure the team has a deep understanding of products and services, enabling them to address customer queries effectively

Qualifications & Desired Skil
- lsMinimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial rol
- e.Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in handling a wide range of products and services, with exposure to the US marke
- t.Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is a plus but not require
