Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Mandaue City, Cebu, and Quezon City, Manila.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities, such as handling client relationships and achieving sales targets in the construction industry, specifically in:

  • Auxiliary Works
  • Electrical Works
  • Fire Protection Works
  • Mechanical Works

Starting salary of 50,000/month for qualified applicants (negotiable based on experience and upon interview) + complete mandated benefits upon hiring, performance-based bonuses, and incentives.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Highly networked with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers.
  • Well-established connections across the hotel and hospitality sectors, schools and universities, retail chains, commercial establishments, and SMEs.
  • With 57 years of proven sales experience, preferably in auxiliary systems, electrical, fire protection, or mechanical works.
  • Strong portfolio of closed accounts/projects in vertical and horizontal developments, as well as SMEs.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the construction/project bidding and procurement process.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Willing to travel, conduct client site visits, and give company presentations as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design & Estimate, Technical, and Project Implementation) to ensure proposals are competitive and client requirements are met.
  • Represent Foxcon at industry events, conferences, and exhibits to increase visibility and generate leads.
