Position title: Sales Manager
I. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to increase market share growth in industrial equipment such as crane and forklift sales.
- Identify potential industries and customers and determine their needs.
- Develop strategies to build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
- Develop product presentation to the customers.
- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities.
- Track sales performance metrics and identify sales progress, challenges & opportunities and address issues to improve sales performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase visibility and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Manage sales operations and sales workforce through an effective management and utilization of 6M Resources.
II. Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2.10 years in sales management preferably in a related retail industry (heavy equipment / industrial / automotive)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing a sales team and developing strategies to improve sales performance. 5. Strong understanding of the industrial equipment industry and market, including product knowledge and trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel to any regions for client meetings.
- Relevant certifications in sales, project management, or industry-specific qualifications are a plus (forklift operations, crane safety certifications).
