Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience in ICT Products and Solutions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Experience handling SMB, Enterprise, and Government accounts
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and business development capabilities
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Manage and mentor Account Managers.
