Role Description

FIGHTBRO is seeking a Sales Manager for Combat Sports Equipment in a full-time remote role. The Sales Manager will drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying potential market opportunities. The manager will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met and operational goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis experience
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of the combat sports equipment and industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
