Job Description

Expected to lead at least 5 or more Property Salesperson to achieve monthly quota as directed by the Sales Director or the Sales Head.
Motivates his or her team to follow sales plan and strategy.
Manages the team in efficiently using the work hours for driving sales.
Engages in sales and strategic planning.
Supports his team in client visit, presentation, and other related activities to ensure closing the sale.
Generates leads, clientele and network for potential buyers.
Assists in documentation and liaising of client for submission of requirement.
Completes administrative work as per directed by upper management.
Expected to sell as well.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree holder
With REAL ESTATE experience in managing a team
If without a managerial experience, at least with years of real estate experience
With a ready team of at least 5 agents
