Job Summary
Join Castillon Security as a Sales Manager/Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with teams to deliver excellent security services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand security service offerings
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to increase customer retention and revenue
- Achieve or exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth and profitability
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management for informed decision-making
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in sales within security services or security systems to enhance client engagement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions
- Self-motivated and target-driven to independently meet sales goals
- Proficient in MS Office to prepare reports and manage sales data
