Job Description
- Lead, mentor and manage the Commercial and Industrial Sales team.
- Develop sales strategies for commercial building projects and industrial projects.
- Build strong relationships with top-tier clients and decision-makers.
- Oversee bidding, proposals, and project negotiations.
- Ensure consistent achievement of the revenue goals.
- Develop the consistency-framework and ensure that the training needs of direct reports/ subordinates are provided.
- Formulates, implements, and reviews sales policies, practices and procedures for better sales efficiency per account.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or it's equivalent work experience.
- Having a license of Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer is a plus
- Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in sales field
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales target
- Excellent communication and presentation ability
