SALES MANAGER

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
  • Familiarity with air & sea freight operations and customs regulations
  • Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with logistics software / ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines

Duties And Key Task

  • Supervise daily freight forwarding operations
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers, agents, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations
  • Monitor shipment timelines and resolve delays/issues
  • Manage budgets, pricing, and cost control
  • Lead and develop logistics staff
  • Maintain strong client relationships and service quality
