Role Description
Astria is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) to drive enterprise sales of Digital Forensics solutions within the corporate sector in the Philippines.
This role is focused on owning and closing strategic deals, leveraging an existing network within corporations, and positioning Digital Forensic solutions within broader cybersecurity initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and achieve revenue targets for the corporate/enterprise segment
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Digital Forensic solutions
- Leverage existing relationships within corporations (IT, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Executive levels) to generate opportunities
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to closing
- Position Digital Forensics solutions as part of cybersecurity, incident response, and compliance frameworks
- Drive new business development while expanding existing accounts
- Lead client engagements including presentations, solution positioning, and negotiations
- Manage and respond to RFPs/RFIs and procurement processes
- Collaborate with other Sales Managers, Technical Engineers, and leadership to win complex deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting
- Represent Astria in client meetings, industry events, and cybersecurity forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong background in selling digital forensics or cybersecurity-related solutions (required)
- Proven track record of selling into corporations in the Philippines
- Established network of corporate contacts, particularly across IT, Security, Compliance, and Executive roles
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong understanding of:
- Cybersecurity landscape
- Incident response and breach management concepts
- Ability to translate cybersecurity needs into Digital Forensics solution opportunities
- Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
