Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities by introducing CRIF's ESG solutions, sustainability scoring, risk evaluation tools, and responsible data products.
• Consult with key decision makers to understand ESG priorities and position CRIF offerings that support compliance, transparency, and sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans that align with ESG market trends and regulatory developments.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through independent and proactive pipeline management.
• Promote CRIF's brand by representing the company in sustainability‑related events, industry forums, and ESG partnership ecosystems.
• Leverage industry networks, strategic alliances, and thought leadership to drive expansion of ESG-related solutions in priority markets.
Role Specification
· Bachelor's Degree required; studies in Business, Finance, Sustainability, Economics, or related fields preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience with a strong track record, ideally in ESG solutions, financial services, data/analytics, IT, or risk management sectors.
· Experience engaging with sustainability teams, financial institutions, and regulated industries undergoing ESG transformation is an advantage.
· Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate ESG concepts and translate them into business value.
· Highly self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing, innovation‑driven environment.
· Demonstrates resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving ESG market landscape.
· Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business priorities and ESG market developments.
