Job description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
- Manage territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of portfolio.
- Monitor the team's accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance.
Skill and competencies:
- Should be a graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Business and Marketing
- With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
- 3-5 years management experience
- Field sales exposure in FMCG is an advantage
- With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
- Extensive field experience in consumer goods companies
