Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of portfolio.
  • Monitor the team's accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance.

Skill and competencies:

  • Should be a graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Business and Marketing
  • With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • Field sales exposure in FMCG is an advantage
  • With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
  • Extensive field experience in consumer goods companies

  • general trade sales: 2 years (Required)
