Role Description

Fosun Pharma is seeking a Sales Manager based in Cebu (1 vacant) and Davao (1 vacant) to oversee and manage sales activities within the Pharmaceutical, In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), and Medical Device sectors. This full-time hybrid role requires regular in-person engagement within the specified regions and allows for some remote work. The responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also collaborate across teams to ensure the successful promotion and distribution of products, aligning closely with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in pharmaceutical, IVD, or medical device sales and marketing, including the ability to strategize and execute sales plans
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management and business development, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring and guiding a sales team
  • Analytical skills for assessing market trends, identifying opportunities, and providing actionable insights
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, or a related field (Advanced degrees are a plus)
  • Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software for sales tracking, reporting, and CRM
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals in a competitive marketplace
