Job Description

Lead and coach Sales Manager across assigned territories
Shape market strategy by understanding cardiologist treatment and prevention priorities
Drive cross-functional collaboration with KAMs, hospital management, and retail channels
Ensure seamless execution of vaccine fulfillment and therapy access
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions
Represent the organization in external engagements and government affairs initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in cardiometabolic therapy
Commercial background in global pharma MNCs
Strong stakeholder management and networking capabilities
Strategic mindset with ability to influence across commercial and medical functions
Excellent communication and team development skills
