Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cagayan De Oro City for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing a team of financial advisors to meet and exceed targets. The role includes designing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include fostering relationships with clients, monitoring team performance, and identifying new market opportunities to expand Allianz PNB Life's presence.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and motivating performance-driven
  • Know how to recruit sales and networker people
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving capabilities to identify market opportunities
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cagayan De Oro City
