Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Tuguegarao. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities will include leading the sales team, monitoring sales activities, achieving revenue targets, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building abilities
- Team Leadership and Performance Management experience
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with construction industry trends, products, and services is a plus

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Tuguegarao and travel as needed for client meetings
