Sales Manager

Location: Binondo Manla

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a small but capable team of Sales Engineers and Sales Officers. This role is ideal for someone who can both drive strategy and actively sell, especially in corporate and enterprise accounts.

If you have strong technical sales experience and enjoy building client relationships while mentoring a team, this role offers solid growth potential and meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute practical sales strategies targeting corporate and enterprise clients
  • Drive revenue across test & measurement instruments, power supplies, and electronic components
  • Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Sales Engineers and Sales Officers to achieve targets
  • Actively participate in business development—identify, pursue, and close key accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and after-sales support
  • Provide basic technical consultation and recommend suitable solutions to clients
  • Coordinate with warehouse and branches on availability of products to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing within the electronics industry
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronic components or test & measurement equipment
  • Strong knowledge on test instruments an advantage
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small sales team
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
