Position: Sales Manager

Location: Philippines

Experience: 6–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth through direct sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who can independently manage enterprise sales opportunities, develop channel partnerships, and contribute to long-term business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams while serving as a key representative of the business within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Management

  • Own and achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Lead enterprise sales engagements with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage strategic business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit responses to RFPs and RFIs.

Partner Development

  • Develop and manage channel and referral partnerships.
  • Expand indirect sales opportunities through partner networks.
  • Create and execute partner engagement strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic partners.

Market Development

  • Analyze market opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Identify new business segments and growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to improve market penetration.
  • Provide actionable market insights to leadership teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Share customer and market feedback to support business improvements.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Industry Representation

  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
  • Build relationships with senior business leaders and decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking and market engagement.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and revenue metrics.
  • Provide regular business updates and market intelligence reports.

Requirements

Essential

  • 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Sales, or Channel Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, Employee Engagement, Rewards, Loyalty, FinTech, MarTech, or Technology sectors.
  • Experience building channel or partner networks.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
