Job Description

ABI is looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant to grow our joinery business within the residential property sector. Your primary focus will be generating and converting sales opportunities for our joinery products and services—including basic cabinetry and kitchen fit-outs—targeting new condominium developments and residential building projects.

This is fundamentally a sales role. We are looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals—ideally with an existing network in real estate development, property management, or construction. A background in interior design or architecture is a bonus, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new accounts within the residential real estate sector, including condominium developers, property managers, and contractors
  • Actively leverage an existing network in real estate, construction, or property development to generate leads and referrals
  • Present and sell ABI's joinery services and products—including cabinetry, kitchen fit-outs, and custom joinery—to prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs and project scope
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas as set by the General Manager
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the production and operations team

Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, and project contractors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to manage the sales pipeline and capitalize on repeat business and referrals
  • Gather market intelligence on upcoming residential projects, competitor activity, and pricing trends

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the General Manager and production team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and deliverable
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the General Manager
  • Represent ABI professionally at property expos, industry events, and client site visits as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B or project-based sales experience, preferably in real estate, construction materials, fit-out, or related industries
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Established network within the Philippine real estate sector (developers, project managers, procurement teams) is a strong advantage
  • Experience selling to condominium developers or residential building contractors is highly preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
  • A degree in Interior Design or Architecture is a plus, but secondary to sales experience and network

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong English communication skills—verbal and written—for client presentations, proposals, and correspondence
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with a consultative approach to selling
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent time management and follow-through
  • Commercially sharp: able to understand client needs, position value, and negotiate effectively
  • Proficient in basic productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace); CRM experience is an advantage
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and property events
