Skills: Excellent communication (English/Filipino), negotiation, presentation, time
management, and digital proficiency.

Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing), Engineering Degree.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
personal networking and contacts, marketing initiatives & campaigns, social media, and
attending industry events (conferences, trade shows).
- Client Engagement: Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations (face-
to-face or virtual), and build strong rapport with prospective and existing clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to meet and exceed
monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM, prepare sales reports, and
provide valuable customer feedback to support teams.
- Market Awareness: Conduct market research to understand gaps, opportunities, and
competitor activities in the local Philippine landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and support teams to align strategies and
provide excellent customer experiences.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle sales paperwork, proposals, and promotional material preparation.

Language: Fluency in both English and Tagalog (or regional dialect)
