Sales Management Trainee

We are looking for an enthusiast Management Trainee under Sales Division.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. The Sales Management Trainee (MT) will undergo comprehensive training across major sales functions including key accounts management, retail operations, sales analysis, and sales controllership.
2. Oversee the companyâs relationship with select key accounts. They will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term customers.
3. Responsible in achieving company targets including, but not limited to, sell-in and sell-out, door distribution, and accounts receivable collection in the assigned key account.
4. Ensure completion of sales from ordering to delivery through serving as the communication link between key account customers and internal team.
5. Analyze key results, prepare regular reports of progress, and provide forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
6. Ensure that stores have the right level of inventory, have the most up to date in-store collaterals, and provide guidance and supervision to third party merchandisers.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ Degree in Management, Business or equivalent.
2. Young professionals with at most 2 years of work experience are still welcome to apply.
3. Must have excellent presentation and reporting skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Must have excellent English communication skills.
6. Willing to learn and grow as a professional in a dynamic environment.
