Job Summary:

Provides transactional support to assigned Investment Distribution (ID) Desk/s to maximize sales productivity. Scope of services includes customer set-up, deal fulfilment, regulatory and policy compliance of daily sales activities

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding

Ensures the timely and seamless onboarding of clients by coordinating customer setup in OPICS with Treasury Operations and Support Division (TOSD), facilitating the completion of onboarding requirements with Relationship Managers and Branch Officers, and processing client maintenance requests. Supports the accurate and prompt submission of required documentation to third-party custodians, enabling efficient client activation and servicing.

• Deal Fulfilment and Transaction Support

Supports assigned ID Desks in achieving timely and error-free deal execution by preparing transaction-related documentation, coordinating completed transactions with product providers and operational units, and accurately encoding deals in OPICS. Contributes to the efficient processing and settlement of client transactions while maintaining service standards.

• Compliance and Deal Quality Checks

Promotes transaction accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity through the review of trade related documents, identification of exceptions, and coordination of corrective actions with relevant stakeholders. Performs end-of-day reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of records. For primary issuances where Metrobank acts as a Selling Agent, consolidates customer orders and facilitates the timely and complete submission of documentary requirements to FMIC and/or PDTC.

• Other Responsibilities

Contributes to continuous process improvement by assisting in the review and update of operational procedures, manuals, and guidelines. Supports departmental objectives through the completion of assigned projects and other tasks that enhance team productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
