Job Description

Forget photocopies, filing, and just assisting. As a Sales Management Intern at Fortem, you'll get hands-on experience with the real work behind sales and operations. If you're ready to put what you've learned in class into practice, this is the room where it happens!

What You'll Get to Experience

  • Sales & Business Development: You'll get exposure to market research, prospect identification, lead generation, and business development initiatives.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Go beyond the spreadsheet, gain experience reaching out to prospects, understanding customer needs, communicating with potential clients, and building professional relationships.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting: Help maintain sales records, track leads and opportunities, prepare reports, and use data to monitor sales performance.

The Essentials

  • Location: Quezon City — super close to SM North EDSA
  • Work Arrangement: On-site
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Perk: Daily stipend allowance

Who We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Lark Suite experience is advantageous
  • A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative
