The Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales performance, developing sales strategies, and managing day-to-day sales operations to achieve business targets. The role oversees the full sales cycle, strengthens client and broker relationships, supports lead generation initiatives, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and market conditions
- Identify business opportunities and support initiatives that drive sales growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve sales strategies and pricing approaches
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve results
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with updated product knowledge, sales tools, and market information
- Support implementation of sales incentive and recognition programs
Sales Operations & Deal Management
- Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to contract signing
- Ensure sales activities, documentation, and processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor sales pipelines and deal progress to support timely deal closures
Client Relationship & Network Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and external partners
- Participate in sales events and networking activities to strengthen business opportunities
- Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
Marketing & Lead Generation Support
- Utilize digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation tools to support sales activities
- Coordinate with Marketing teams on campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Support execution of sales events, site activities, and lead generation programs
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor sales data, lead funnels, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare and review sales reports and analyses to support decision-making and operational improvements
Qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or people management role
- Strong background in real estate sales, preferably handling mid- to high-ticket properties
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets across multiple sales cycles
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies under budget and resource constraints
- Preferably with an established local and international sales network
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation tools
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
