Sales & Lead Generation VA

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Lead Generation VA to identify potential clients, conduct outreach, qualify prospects, and support the sales process from initial contact through onboarding.

• Research and build targeted lists of U.S. businesses, including businesses with outdated websites, no website, or limited online presence
• Conduct outbound calls to identify potential website, maintenance, and related service opportunities
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads and schedule sales conversations
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest, and potential fit
• Schedule and join Zoom discovery calls, introduce qualified prospects to the sales representative, and transition the conversation smoothly
• Assist with the handoff of newly signed clients to the development team
• Coordinate client requests, project details, and next steps to support a smooth onboarding process
• Maintain accurate lead records and consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
• Identify opportunities for additional services and future business

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or business development
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with prospects by phone, email, and SMS
• Comfortable joining Zoom discovery calls and making brief introductions
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple leads and sales activities
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
