BlackLabel VP is actively building its talent pool of experienced Lead Generation Specialists for upcoming client opportunities.

We are looking for results-driven professionals who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Lead Generation (required).

• Experience in B2B and/or B2C lead generation.

• Proficient in prospect research, lead sourcing, and data mining.

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.

• Generate and qualify leads through various outreach channels.

• Execute email and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns.

• Schedule qualified appointments for sales teams.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead generation KPIs.

• Collaborate with clients to improve lead generation strategies.
