Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities

Commercial

  1. Responsible to provide strategic governance to position the company at the forefront of the IVD industry.
  2. Set the direction and develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives that promote expansion to the business.
  3. Actively encourage ideas and developments that improve performance as a whole, including the making of recommendations for organizational changes as well as creating new and/or improving existing work processes.
  4. Coordinate closely and develop performance measures that can support the Sales Department and Marketing Department to contribute on the growth of the business.
  5. Maintain good working relationship with principals and other relevant stakeholders.
  6. Assist the Sales Department and Marketing Department in providing services to the customers.
  7. Lead the enhancement/development, implementation, and direction of effective quality strategies under own governed Department.
  8. Establish and review appropriate policies, processes, and programs for effective management of the strategic projects department.

Sub-Dealer Management

  1. Distributor Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, understanding their business goals and objectives.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact the distribution agreement.
    • Ensure distributors are aware of and comply with our company's policies and procedures.
  2. Sales Performance Monitoring:
    • Analyze sales data to monitor distributor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Set realistic sales targets and goals with distributors, and track progress against these targets.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to distributors to improve their sales performance.
  3. Order Fulfillment:
    • Monitor order fulfillment rates and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
    • Work with distributors to resolve any order fulfillment issues or disputes.
  4. Compliance and Quality Control:
    • Ensure distributors comply with our company's quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Communication:
    • Communicate regularly with distributors, providing updates on product availability, pricing, and promotions. Keep stakeholders informed of any issues or concerns related to distributor performance.
  6. Set corporate and departmental goal and objectives, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure that objectives and other operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the company.
  7. Report results of objectives and accomplishments of the department under own supervision to the Top Management.
  8. Develop, manage, and lead personnel under own department to promote great work as well as a positive internal team environment.
  9. Participate in the formulation of operating budget of the department/s and ensure proper allocation is within the specified amount.
  10. Assume responsibility for the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations as well as the discipline, work performance, training and development of personnel under supervision.
  11. Assist the Senior Vice Presidents with projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualification

    • College Graduate, in any business course or field of Medicine, preferably with Masters degree
    • With at least 8 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Professional License Holder is an advantage.
