Role Overview
This role leads Sales Managers and Account Managers to grow product sales. The position focuses on improving sales performance, coordinating with different sales channels, and using data to drive better results across the sales network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership
- Lead and support Sales Managers handling VAS product sales.
- Guide Account Managers in working with retailers and implementing strategies such as profit-sharing and pilot products.
- Manage and coach a team of sales officers and associates.
- Build strong working relationships with the sales team to drive VAS initiatives.
2. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with different sales channels including POS sales network and Telesales.
- Ensure VAS sales strategies are properly implemented across branches.
- Support the rollout of marketing promotions and new products.
3. Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze VAS sales performance across regions.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and agent productivity.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as product penetration and engagement.
4. Engagement & Communication
- Create incentive programs, contests, and recognition initiatives to motivate sales agents.
- Maintain regular communication through briefings, newsletters, and feedback sessions.
- Promote a high-performance and engaged sales culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience managing large sales teams or multiple branches.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and driving sales performance.
- Proven sales achievements and industry recognition are a plus.
