Job Title: Head of Sales Consumer Banking & Credit Cards

Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading a high-performing sales organization to drive the acquisition and usage of
Credit Cards and
Consumer Finance products. You will oversee Sales Managers and Account Managers, ensuring that sales targets are met through strategic partner collaborations, optimized telesales operations, and data-driven performance management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Portfolio Growth
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers focused on Credit Card acquisition and Consumer Loan disbursement.
- Oversee Account Managers in managing Merchant/Retailer partnerships (e.g., co-branded cards or 0% installment programs).
- Drive the adoption of Value-Added Services (VAS) such as Balance Transfers, Credit Life Insurance, and Card-to-Cash initiatives.
2. Multi-Channel Coordination
- Synchronize sales efforts across Telesales units, Direct Sales Agencies (DSAs), and Point-of-Sale (POS) networks in retail environments.
- Ensure consistent branding and compliance with BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations across all sales channels.
- Support the rollout of new card features, loyalty programs, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
3. Performance Analytics & Risk Alignment
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Approval Rates, Activation Rates, and Average Spend Volume (ASV).
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to track product penetration and agent productivity.
- Collaborate with the Risk and Credit departments to ensure sales quality and minimize early delinquency (EDR).
4. Engagement & Incentive Design
- Design and implement competitive Incentive Frameworks and Sales Contests to motivate the workforce while maintaining ethical selling standards.
- Conduct regular performance briefings and feedback loops to cultivate a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 810 years in Sales Leadership, specifically within Consumer Banking or the Credit Card industry.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-branch, or outsourced sales operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, and Marketing).
