Job Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Sales Foundations Trainer who enjoys helping sales professionals build confidence, sharpen their skills, and succeed. You'll handle onboarding, sales training, coaching, and continuous learning for our BDRs and QBIs, including MSEs and AEs.
You'll work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure training stays practical, relevant, and aligned with our US telecommunications sales environment. You'll also participate in prospecting and customer conversations to stay connected with real-world sales challenges and market trends.

What you'll do:
- Facilitate onboarding and Sales Foundations training focused on outbound B2B sales, prospecting, cold calling, communication, objection handling, and consultative selling
- Coach and support sales teams during Training, Nesting, and beyond to improve performance
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, assessments, and continuous learning programs
- Partner with Sales Managers, Sales Architects, SMEs, and Talent Acquisition to align training with business and hiring needs
- Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and recommend coaching or development plans
- Continuously improve training programs, talk tracks, and sales techniques based on feedback, performance data, customer conversations, and market trends
- Stay updated on sales methodologies, products, competitors, and industry trends
- Deliver training onsite during US business hours

- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer, L&D Specialist, or similar role supporting outbound sales teams
- Experience training outbound B2B sales teams in a US-based environment
- Background in US telecommunications, mobility, fiber, SaaS, or technology sales is highly preferred; AT&T experience is a plus
- Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience creating training materials, assessments, and coaching plans
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
- Comfortable learning new products, sales processes, and technology
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of sales metrics and performance analysis
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; CRM experience is a plus
- Willing to work onsite on a permanent night shift schedule
