Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify and develop new customers, dealers and distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities.
• Promote company products and coordinate customer trials.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and payments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.
• Coordinate with Internal teams.

Qualification & Skills

• Any Graduate-Printing & Packing Technology (Add adv)
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with strong customer relationship abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Industry Preference: Adhesives / Coatings / Printing & Packaging

Salary: As per company norms and experience.
