Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila for a Sales Executive at YGC Cars. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored vehicle solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include generating leads, following up with prospective clients, facilitating test drives, negotiating sales agreements, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a seamless buying experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Sales experience, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, including features and specifications of Honda, Isuzu, and Geely vehicles, is a plus
• Proficiency in time management, organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in customer service or retail is advantageous
