We are expanding our B2C and B2B sales operationsserving individuals, families, corporate clients, travel groups, students, and international partners.

The Sales Executive will lead our revenue-generation efforts by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales for all travel services.

You will manage client accounts, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, recommend travel solutions, and drive overall business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Upsell and cross-sell flights, tours, cruises, visas, and travel services
  • Create and send travel quotations tailored to client needs
  • Maintain and grow relationships with repeat and VIP clients

Account Management & Customer Service

  • Build long-term partnerships with customers, schools, organizations, and corporate accounts
  • Handle client issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure smooth coordination with operations for bookings, payments, and documentation

Reporting & Strategy

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, emerging markets, and potential partnerships

QUALIFICATIONS:

We're looking for someone who brings both skill and maturity:

Required:

  • Minimum 23 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Professional and presentable, especially when dealing with clients

Preferred:

  • Experience in a travel agency, hospitality, or service-oriented industry
  • Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre), travel documentation, or itinerary planning
  • Existing network of potential clients (corporate accounts, schools, organizations, groups)
