We are looking for a hybrid sales professional—someone with the analytical mind of a consultant and the relentless drive of a hunter—to join our high-performing team.

You won't be cold-calling all day. Instead, you will take ownership of warm, qualified leads, diagnosing complex business challenges, and guiding key decision-makers toward confident, high-ROI solutions.

What You'll Actually Do

• Drive the Full Cycle: Take ownership of your pipeline. From discovery to close, you dictate the momentum and accurately forecast your wins.

• Diagnose & Solve: Lead consultative discovery calls. Uncover the operational pain points of business owners and build a compelling case for change.

• Deliver Wow Moments: Execute tailored, highly relevant software demos that speak directly to the client's specific workflows and revenue goals.

• Navigate Complexity: Map out organizations, identify internal champions, and expertly manage multiple stakeholders to build buying consensus.

• Collaborate to Win: Partner closely with our SDR team, providing sharp, strategic feedback to continuously elevate lead quality.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Experienced: 2–4 years of quota-crushing B2B sales experience (SaaS, software, or tech sales is highly preferred).

• A Trusted Advisor: You don't just pitch; you ask the right questions, uncover the root issues, and prescribe solutions.

• A Master Communicator: You are a polished presenter who can simplify complex tech concepts for business owners, making live demos feel effortless.

• Highly Disciplined: You maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and manage your pipeline with rigorous precision.

• Ambitious: Average isn't in your vocabulary. You are fiercely motivated by uncapped earning potential and tangible results.
