Sales Executive

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Sells SF Express complete offering of products/services thru accounts visits, trade shows and any other forms of client relationship management;
• Handles end-to-end sales cycle to achieve monthly and annual business revenue, from targeting up to closing of business
• Respond to customer inquiries or requests such as service proposals, service accommodation & any other related service functions;
• Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives, researching, analyzing sales options, and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success;
• Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring current practices from industry competition and market/account reactions;
• Prepares and timely submission of reports, presentations, and other documents relating to function.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any bachelors degree
• With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales/business development
• Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
• Results-oriented, pro-active and resourceful in business development
• With strong key account and customer relationship management skills
• Must be analytical/inquisitive, detailed-oriented, and meticulous in documents and reports preparation
• Must be able to work independently, resilient and can easily adapt to any changes in the work environment
• Receptive to learn and use systems such as CRM, etc.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
