Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation
Productively engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences.
Close sales deals by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
2. Sales Targets or Reporting
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
Provide reports on relevant market and customer insights from the field.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat sales.
4. Product Knowledge
Stay up to date with latest furniture trends, designs and materials.
5. Team Collaboration
Collaborate with colleagues on sales, product and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home dcor industry.
Knowledge of furniture design, materials and trends will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using computer software for sales tracking & communication.
Self motivated, goal orientation, and a team player.
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
